Lease Agreement
The agreement is made between Sealake View and the visitor who is required to inform me of the following: Name, Email, Telephone, Dates (Check-in / Check-out), Number of Visitors.
Booking request
Reservations can be made through our page or by phone. The guest must prepay 30% of the total cost of the reservation.
Booking Confirmation
No booking is confirmed unless a confirmation email is sent.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation 15 days before booking.

Check in / Check out
The apartments do not have a 24-hour reception, so in order to organize a timely arrival, the guest should inform about his expected arrival time. At the same time, please call at least 30 minutes before your arrival so that an employee will be there to hand over the keys. Arrival is after 13:00 and departure from the accommodation before 11:00.
Required Documents
Upon arrival, the visitor is required to show his passport or identity card to the person in charge who will welcome him, as provided by law.
Building & Apartment Security
In the event that the visitor causes any damage or breakage to the building or the apartment, the cost of repair will be charged.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments.
Party Policy
Parties and/or events are not permitted.
Pets
No pets allowed.
Quiet hours
Visitors must observe the common quiet hours from 15:00 to 17:00.
Cleaning
The apartment is delivered clean to the guest, in case he requests daily cleaning there is an additional cost.
Linen changes
The linen change in the case of multiple nights is done every 4 nights.
Parking
Free parking is available for our guests.
Data Collection
We only collect the data necessary for the overall management of your reservation. Data collection and storage is done confidentially and securely. Our company does not sell, disclose or in any other way provide personal data submitted by visitors to our website to third parties, unless required by law. By such data we mean your name, telephone number, as well as your e-mail address. Our website may use anonymous data for statistical purposes (browser type, geographic location) to optimize the website as part of the ongoing internal review process and, in general, to better understand our visitors.
Data storage time
We keep your data off-site until you ask us (with a simple and easy process) to delete it. For any information about your data you can contact us.
